Welcome to Faith Connections Friday!
We are in a series for the next several weeks focusing on Psalm 119. If you would like to read ahead, read the entire psalm or a section each week. We are so glad you are here and hope you enjoy the series! Thank you!
Our relationships are challenging at times. As we work together, we can learn from each other and grow.
The passage this week is Psalm 119:137-144.

There is a repeated word in this passage—“righteous” or “righteousness.” It means to be in a right relationship with God.
It is the assurance that when we sin, He eagerly forgives and restores (1 John 1:9, Psalm 103:12). It is the security of knowing that He is always there. We have an incredible reminder in Scripture that God is always with us (Deuteronomy 31:6, Hebrews 13:5, Matthew 28:20). Even if we feel far from Him, He’s still there. He’s going nowhere. Why? He loves you too much! (John 3:16).
His Word is filled with promises that He is completely righteous and trustworthy. His Word teaches us how to know God and grow closer to Him.
Faith Connections Challenge: Using your Bible or the Bible app, look up Scriptures that discuss God’s righteousness. What do you learn about God? How do the verses challenge you to be more like Him?
