The Best Teacher

Welcome to Faith Connections Friday!

We are in a series for the next several weeks focusing on Psalm 119. If you would like to read ahead, read the entire psalm or a section each week. We are so glad you are here and hope you enjoy the series! Thank you!

Who have you learned from the most? Is there a teacher or mentor who influenced your life and encouraged you to excel?

Ms. Armstrong and Ms. Minter were incredible school teachers. They encouraged me to excel in my career and impact others.

Ann was an amazing mentor. Before taking a leave of absence, she trained me to step into her role while she was out. I treasure that time and the invaluable insights she shared.

This week we focus on Psalm 119:97-104.

The psalmist recognizes in verses 98 and 102 that his teacher is God Himself. Who better to teach the insights than the Author?!

John 14.26 emphasizes that the Holy Spirit teaches and gives understanding so we can actually grasp what this wonderful and powerful Book, the Holy Bible, is saying.

Faith Connections Challenge: As you read and study the Bible this week, ask God to give you understanding. His desire is to teach you because He wants you to know Him.
