There are many ways in which a person learns. These learning styles can transfer into the workplace. Therefore, it is important that leaders and team members know how to identify and utilize their own styles and their team members’ styles and strengths.

Connections Challenge: Review these articles. Can you identify your learning styles? Can you guess the learning styles of others on your team? Consider presenting these ideas to your leader as a team building activity and opportunity to connect with each other.
